Ajay Devgn, who’s basking in the success of his magnum opus — Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior — thanked Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Wednesday for producing the film tax-free in the nation.
The 50-year-old celebrity jumped to Twitter and discussed with the grateful message at a tweet which reads: “Thanks Uddhav Thackeray Ji for announcing #TanhajiTheUnsungWarrior tax-free at the state of Maharashtra.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Maharashtra government announced that the biographical-drama — Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior — tax-free in the nation. The move came after dozens of leaders combined with Maharashtra’s former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis wrote to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray demanding to create the brand new release of Devgn tax-free.
Before, Thackeray within an event stated he is going to see the historic drama alongside other ministers. The film shows Ajay Devgn essaying the use of Maratha warrior Taanaji Malusare. The film is Made by Ajay Devgn’s ADF and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and continues to be led by Om Raut. Additionally, it contains Kajol and Saif Ali Khan in critical roles.
The film has shrunk the box-office as it’s garnered roughly Rs 183 crore as on Wednesday, by the movie critic Taran Adarsh.
