British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his fiancée Carrie Symonds have declared the arrival of the baby boy.
Symonds, 32, gave birth to”a”healthy baby boy in a London hospital before this morning”, a statement from Johnson’s office said on Wednesday. Both mother and child do”doing well”.
The youngster is the couple’s first collectively. Johnson, 55, is currently a father to four children –two daughters and 2 sons — along with his next wife.
The arrival came only two weeks later Johnson returned to work in London after contracting COVID-19 earlier in the month after spending a week in the hospital.
Johnson won’t participate in the present Prime Minister’s Question in parliament and will probably be substituted by First Secretary of State Dominic Raab, Downing Street also stated.
The couple announced they were expecting in late February and they’d secretly become participated in overdue 2019.
Johnson is the fourth British prime minister to welcome a child while in office after David Cameron, Tony Blair, and Lord John Russell.
