Chinese Defence Minister Wei Fenghe Spoke Hong Kong, Taiwan, the South China Sea and Also Xinjiang with U.S. Defense Secretary Mark Esper on Wednesday Through a Phone call, state media said.
Wei”stressed” China’s stance on these issues, and called for stability and cooperation between China and the USA and their militaries, the Global Times newspaper said.
