CM Punk’s return to WWE could be several months off but he seems set to participate in this conversation show for WWE’s teaser series for Fox, Smackdown’s brand new broadcaster. The upgrade has also increased hopes of him creating his in-ring return earlier or later. Fox is the brand new broadcaster of Smackdown which will be aired on Friday from this week.
To elegance Smackdown’s movement to Fox, WWE has confirmed the comeback of this Rock, highest-paid Hollywood celebrity and also a WWE legend.
While talking at an event lately, Punk contested The Stone to phone him if he marks his comeback into the series.
“I like The Rock, ” I do. And I am not trying to place out this… but do you recall the last time The Rock was at the Staples Center? Let us do it. When is this series, following Friday? Dwayne, telephone me Frida,” he explained recently.
He predicted Punk in the center of the ring because the crowd was chanting Punk’s title. He (Punk) didn’t pick up the telephone but The Rock left a voice message.
In January this year, he’d walked from this series. He was fired by WWE on the day of his marriage in June.
In terms of The Rock, his comeback Friday will finish his three-year exile. His final appearance came in Wrestlemania 32, where he drifted Eric Rowan in album six seconds after hitting him with a Rock Bottom. Afterward, John Cena would allow him to fend off other members of The Wyatt Family.
‘The Peoples Champ’ has retired from wrestling and won’t be participating any game at Smackdown. Though, he’s certain to amuse the audience with his microphone skills.
