US President Donald Trump on Monday urged a”humanist solution” in Hong Kong but noticed that the audiences protesting against Chinese governments were smaller than previously.
“We only need to observe a humane solution,” Trump said in remarks to reporters. “I believe they need to do this calmly.”
He commented on the”great folks over there” and said”they are flying the American flag”
However, Trump prevented expressing support for the protesters’ unprecedented show of defiance against Chinese rule and questioned whether they had been losing steam.
In the beginning, “I watched two million individuals. “The audience size is a lot smaller today, so perhaps that is saying something.”
