Former Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif granted bail at medical grounds

An accountability court had previously this month awarded NAB that a 14-day physical remand of Nawaz Sharif in relationship with all the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case. The remand died on Friday.

Earlier in the afternoon, the prosecution and defense had concluded that their arguments in the instance.

A two-member bench, led by Justice Baqar Najafi, had discovered the request.

The anti-corruption watchdog’s prosecutor advised the courtroom that”daily, such as that of Nawaz Sharif, is prized”, including that the former premier’s condition has been hospitalized.

After being hospitalized on Monday night, a six-member clinical committee, led by Services Hospital Primary Ayaz Mahmood, had confirmed Thursday the Nawaz Sharif was afflicted by severe immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), a bleeding disorder in which the immune system destroys platelets.

Doctors have stated the disease has been hospitalized.

From the courtroom Friday, Nawaz Sharif’s attorney Ashtar Ausaf advised the court now that the former premier’s condition was”very serious”.

Ayaz told the courtroom his platelet count was continuously decreasing, adding that the hospital had run evaluations to find out whether the former boss was suffering from dengue, Dawn information reported.

He advised the court that Nawaz is a diabetes patient also is afflicted by many different ailments too.

A two-member seat of the Islamabad High Court containing heard Shehbaz Sharif’s petition seeking the suspension of Nawaz Sharif’s sentence at another Al-Azizia corruption instance and release on bond.

Throughout the event, Services Hospital Medical Superintendent Saleem Cheema, who’s a part of the hospital, said Nawaz Sharif’s condition was essential.

The IHC adjourned its hearing until October 29.
