Police identified one of the victims since an 83-year-old guy and have not published other info about the victims, however.

Santos’ relatives told The New York Daily News he had a history of drug usage because of his arrival into the USA in the Dominican Republic many years back.
His mom, Fioraliza Rodriguez, 55, told the newspaper she’d kicked him out of her house about three decades ago after he attacked her. However, while she explained she was frightened of him, she stated she”never believed he’d kill somebody.”
