“Should you snore but don’t appoint a function, the nomination doesn’t have any reason, the government is dysfunctional. If you don’t want undersecretaries, then you shouldn’t nominate them.
Is your revocation of street subsidies being discussed? Who should be eligible to get into the dossier in the transportation ministry, Roberto Traversi of their Five Star Movement or Salvatore Margiotta of the Democratic Party — members of two political parties with conflicting perspectives on the Benetton family and how that they handle Italy’s airlines?

“Titles are a priority to provide stability to the normal management of these authorities”, Azzariti adds.
Sometimes the scenario reaches the foolish. As an example, Giancarlo Cancelleri is signaled as vice-minister about the Ministry of Transport site and additionally as undersecretary on the committed webpage of these authorities. The same goes for Pierpaolo Silleri in the Ministry of Health: he’s reported as an undersecretary on Palazzo Chigi’s site and as a vice-minister about the one of this ministry.
Within an interview, it appears that it is his colleague Zampa who appoints herself the name, even though there’s absolutely no official action to formalize the process.
The appointment of names doesn’t rely on Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, but on every minister (as stated by the legislation 23 August 1988, n. 400). Ordinarily, it takes a couple of weeks, however, there are now 30 people that are waiting for this to occur for five weeks. “They’re warming up the chair they’re sitting, however, they don`t understand what to do”, states a source that’s extremely near the Parliament.
