Judge tosses out Trump Struggle to Taxation return turnover

A federal judge has rejected President Donald Trump’s challenge to the launch of the tax returns to get a New York state criminal investigation.

Judge Victor Marrero ruled Monday. He said he can’t endorse such a”categorical and boundless assertion of presidential immunity from judicial procedure.”

The yields had been hunted by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. His office is exploring the Trump Organization’s participation in purchasing the silence of two girls who claimed to have had affairs with the president.

Trump’s attorneys have said the investigation is politically motivated and the pursuit of his tax documents must be stopped because he’s immune from any criminal investigation provided that he’s president.
