Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was Sprinkled on Wednesday for Court argument in two Instances.
Chief Justice John Roberts declared that Ginsburg was”indisposed due to sickness,” a statement like the one he left on the first day of the period, Oct. 7, when Justice Clarence Thomas was absent with what a court officer said was the flu.
