Senator Coleman now says he may have been a little hasty in urging Al Franken to concede the day after the election.Coleman was ahead by about 700 votes the morning after the polls closed. His lead has shrunk since then; he says at the time, he hadn't had a lot of sleep.Norm Coleman says, 'Listen at seven hundred and fifty votes that looked like a big margin but we've learned a lot since then so I'll scribe that to not having slept for thirty six hours I wouldn't have made the same statement today.'The certified tally had Coleman up by just 215 votes heading into this week's recount.
