Al Franken was back in the Twin Cities this weekend for the first time as a U.S. Senator.He got right to business getting ready for tomorrows confirmation hearingsFranken assembled a panel of legal experts from business, government, and even the University of Minnesota law school to help form a list of questions to ask Judge Sotomayor.Franken will be dead last on the judiciary committee to ask questions because he is the newest senator.That's why he wants a long list of good questions.Al Franken says, " I don't think it's terribly wrong to ask a question that somebody else has touched on, its just that I think it's probably a good idea for me to a lot of different areas I want to go into."Franken met with judge Sotomayor this past week.After their meeting he called her very impressive.
