Minnesota gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer lags his main republican rival in fundraising.According to finance reports released today...The state representative from Delano entered 2010 with about $19,000 in the bank after raising roughly $115,000 last year.Fellow republican rep. Marty Seifert of Marshall finished 2009 with $133,000 in available cash after raising more than $260,000.Emmer and Seifert are the frontrunners for party endorsement in the campaign to succeed Gov. Tim Pawlenty.
