....It's official veteran slugger Jim Thome has been added to the Twins 40 man roster after signing new contract with the club.Thome agreed to the 1.5 million dollar one year package last week, but he had to pass a physical and the twins had to make room for him on the roster and that was accomplished when Oakland claimed Steve Tollefson off waivers on Monday. Thome will pinch hit mostly, but Manager Ron Gardenhire sasys he will also see some time at DH and could speel Justin Morneau occasionally at first.The wins report to camp in Fort Myers 3 weeks from tomorrow, February 26th.
