A missionary group accused of trying to take children out of Haiti illegally is charged with kidnapping.Lawyers say the judge also charged the ten Americans with criminal association.the group denies the charges - saying they were just trying to help children orphaned and abandoned by the quake.but officials argue there was no documentation proving the youngest survivors were without parents.Each kidnapping count carries a possible sentence of five to fifteen years in prison.Each criminal association count has a potential sentence of three to nine years.
