It looks like everyone around the nation is battling tough weather,Thousands along the eastern seaboard are left in the dark after a powerful winter storm.North Carolina officials in Henderson County report at least ten thousand residents without power.Authorities say power for some customers may not be restored until Monday.The laurel park neighborhood is the hardest hit, after ice coated trees brought down power lines.People there have been without power since Friday.TRANTHAM says: "When the wind blows, you hear the crack. A pop, the limb are falling, the ice falling, but the rims break, and they go down, it's just a crashing noise. It's kind of a spooky and exciting sound to us."An emergency shelter has been set up at the American red cross to help those in need of their services.
