New figures for southern Minnesota show people should still be concerned about AIDS and HIV.Officials from the Rural AIDS Action Network were at M.S.U. today informing the public on how dangerous the disease still is.Case managers say they have seen a 45 percent increase in case loads in the last year, and the number of people tested has increased 75 percent.Officials say the numbers are a result of indifferent attitude toward AIDS.Jeni Kolstad says, "They don't think to protect themselves and they don't think to get tested.
