A low-carb diet may be good for your waistline but it could be bad for your cholesterol. A new report found people who ate a diet low in carbs but high in fat lost the same amount of weight as those who followed a high-carb diet.But levels of "bad" cholesterol jumped significantly in the low-carb group.High levels of bad cholesterol can increase a person's chances of developing heart disease. Women who get pregnant through in vitro fertilization may be more likely to have stillbirths. A study of 20-thousand pregnancies found the risk of stillbirths was four times greater in women who had I-V-F. Researchers say it's unclear whether the fertility treatment itself is to blame -- and that the overall risk is still pretty small.A bad marriage could kill a man -- according to a new study. Researchers looked at more than 10-thousand middle-aged men and found that those who reported being "dissatisfied" with their marriage were 64 percent more likely to suffer a fatal stroke.
