Oscar-winner Cuba Gooding Jr denies groping two Girls, faces dozen accusations of sexual misconduct

Actor Cuba Gooding Jr pleaded not guilty Tuesday to groping two girls as prosecutors disclosed a dozen others had accused that the Oscar winner of sexual misconduct. The Jerry Maguire celebrity was arraigned in front of a judge in New York to listen to that an indictment against him that additional new forcible touching and sexual abuse fees to a preceding allegation.

Gooding was expected to go on trial over accusations he grabbed a girl’s breast with no permission in a Manhattan bar at night out in June. Nevertheless, it was postponed after prosecutors said they intended to file fresh charges.

This indictment was unsealed in a state criminal court on Tuesday, demonstrating that Gooding can also be accused of pinching a women’s buttocks at a New York nightclub in October 2018.

Those events stretch from 2001 to 2018 and all contain allegations he touched the sufferers at bars, restaurants, and resorts without their approval.

The alleged incidents happened in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, and Dallas. Not one of the girls was identified. The judge will decide whether to let them testify in the trial. Gooding was released with a bond. No trial date was set and the next hearing is on December 13.

Gooding won an Academy Award in 1997 for his operation as a soccer player in Jerry Maguire. He played OJ Simpson at The People vs OJ Simpson: American Crime Story.
