Role of Green Tea in Weight Loss

Tea is a traditional drink present in most of the households since ages. However recent time has witnessed a change in trends from normal regular tea to green tea in West. As per research studies conducted in this domain, it has been concluded that while green tea does help in reducing weight however its metabolic benefits are not that much to call it a clinically effective drink.
