Russia and Turkey to Collectively monitor Nagorno-Karabakh ceasefire

Russia and Turkey have signed a memorandum about developing a joint facility for tracking the Nagorno-Karabakh ceasefire.

It comes only days after a peace agreement was reached between Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia over the mountainous area.

The observation center will consider some complaints, problems, or issues regarding violations of this peace agreement agreed.

Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, has been speaking about how it may function, stating drones will be utilized to determine the problem on the floor.

Lavrov underlined that this observation center will remain around Azerbaijan territory, not even near the battle zone. He maintained that it was Russia and Turkey agreed.
