Shabana Azmi is recovering quickly and may be discharged by the Kokilabehn Dhirubhai Ambani hospital shortly. A report at Bollywood Hungama has quoted Javed Akhtar as stating, “There’s very good news. All evaluations and medical reports such as the MRI are favorable. No significant injury was done. We all could all breathe a sigh of relief”
Shabana was hurt when her car Tata Safari Storme struck the rear-end of a truck to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway on Saturday. Her driver, Kamlesh Kamath, was reserved for reckless driving and neglect, and also the Khalapur authorities, under whose authority the incident happened, have recorded his announcement.
Authorities will record the charge sheet punctually in the case associated with the street accident and will telephone the celebrity’s driver for questioning again when needed, an official said on Tuesday.
Kamath (38), who suffered minor injuries from the crash, was reserved under IPC sections associated with reckless and negligent driving and relevant provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act. Khalapur police channel in-charge Vishwajeet Kaingade told PTI, “A day after the episode, we listed the announcement of her motorist Kamlesh Kamath, however, he hasn’t been detained. We’ll call him to the police station if needed.”
Kanade declined to discuss details of the announcement given by Kamath into the authorities following the crash. “The segments under which he’s been reserved do not need his immediate arrest. In these scenarios, we record the charge sheet right in the courtroom. In cases like this, also, we’ll file charge sheet in time,” he explained.
Shabana will then be observed from the Steven Spielberg-produced Halo, a version of a popular video game franchise of the same name.
It’s founded on a same-sex romance and celebrities Swara Bhasker and Divya Dutta in lead characters.
