As a former News Intern at KEYC-TV in the fall of 2009, Brittany is delighted to once again be working with a team of dedicated, driven, and hard-working individuals who share her same passion of providing news to the community.

Brittany is a spring 2010 graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications emphasizing in Journalism. Originally from Apple Valley, she is excited to be back in southern Minnesota, which has been her home-away-from-home for the past four years.

During her undergrad, Brittany completed five internships. She served as a Showcase Minnesota Intern at KARE 11, a News Intern at WCCO-TV and was the Web Video Production Intern for the Athletic Communications Department at MSU. Her most recent internship was working in the Communications Department for Edina Public Schools.

Her favorite memory from undergrad was studying abroad in London for four months, traveling around Europe, and skydiving over the Swiss Alps. Brittany enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching the Vikings and Twins play. She also is an avid runner and is proud to be a finisher in Mankato's Inaugural Marathon.
