Governor Mark Dayton announces when he will deliver his State of the State address. He has chosen the evening of February 15th in the Minnesota House chamber. Recent practice by governors, including Dayton himself last year, has been to hold the annual speech during the daytime. Dayton's speech is scheduled for 7 p.m. on a Wednesday.
