Formal charges are filed against KEYC news anchor Annie Stensrud.
Stensrud is facing a total of three charges stemming from her drunk driving arrest back on December 21st.
She faces a Gross Misdemeanor charge of Driving While Impaired as well as two misdemeanor DWI charges. The Gross Misdemeanor Charge stems from an aggravated circumstance – authorities say Stensrud's Blood Alcohol Concentration was .31 – nearly four times the legal limit for driving.
Her next court appearance is scheduled for February 28th.
