With a few proposed amendments to the state constitution on the ballot this fall, Minnesota Secretary of Sate Mark Ritchie announces a new website addressing the process.
The voter education web page will help voters educate themselves about the constitutional amendment process, and link to interested parties who either support or oppose the ballot initiatives.
One proposal includes: All voters voting in person must present a valid government issued photo ID before receiving a ballot.

MN Secretary Of State, Mark Ritchie says, "Putting those kinds of ideas inside the constitution that cannot be changed. It's a recipe for disaster, dramatically changing the best election system in the country."
