MANKATO , MINN. -
Despite the rainy weather, construction of the Sibley Park Apartments remains on schedule. The 60 unit building between Hubble and Rogers in Mankato is expected to open January 2013.
Some of the units have multiple levels, and every unit has a view of the river valley. The price ranges from $565 for a one bedroom to $910 for a three–bedroom apartment.
Property owners of Sibley Park Apartments, Lloyd Management, said many have already expressed interest in the apartments. Lloyd Management's Regional Property Manager, Tom Johnson said, "Yeah, I think everyone in the community is really excited about it, a lot of people from the area have wanted to live near Sibley Park for a long time and this is a really affordable way to do so. It gives some people the opportunity to live along the river with the nice views as well as the accessibility to the park."
