Waseca County -
The Minnesota State Patrol identifies the victim in a fatal crash in Waseca County early yesterday morning. Authorities say 27-year-old Cody Flitter of Mankato was killed when the car he was driving crossed the center line on Elysian Lake Road and struck a semi headed the other direction. Elysian Lake Road is just north of Janesville. The driver of the semi received non life threatening injuries.
