And finally tonight. When it comes to ugly there's a new top dog.

And his name fits the title- Mugly. For the first time ever, he comes from across the pond. Mugly and his owner traveled all the way from England to Petaluma.

He's an eight-year-old Chinese crested dog.

It's the first time a challenger from the U-IK has even entered the world's ugliest dog contest. Mugly won Britain's ugliest dog competition seven years ago.

He won $1,000 in the competition yesterday.
