St. Peter, MN -

Traffic is once again moving on Highway 169 just south of St. Peter but it was closed for a few hours in the southbound direction - after a semi overturned just after 1 this morning. Authorities say the Freightliner, driven by 49 year-old Michael Olson was southbound when it went into the median, Olson over corrected and the vehicle flipped on it's side, blocking both south bound lanes of traffic. It was carrying asphalt material, which spilled onto the roadway... It took several hours to clean up... Olson was treated for injuries and released.
