Authorities announce a Level 3 Predatory Offender is moving to Le Sueur County. Sheriff Tom Doherty reports that 47-year-old Gregory Eugene Ward, is being released from prison on Monday, September 24th. Ward was originally set to move to Mankato back in July, but Sheriff Doherty says that housing fell through.
Now, he will be residing in the 33000 Block of State Highway 99, which is located in rural Kasota Township. Sheriff Doherty says a Level 3 Predatory Offender Community Notification Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 20th, at the City Hall in Kasota. The meeting starts at 6:00 pm. Ward has a history of sexual contact with female victims, age 7 to adult. Contact included exposure and fondling. Force was used.
