The Pope's butler goes on trial tomorrow. He's accused of stealing Vatican documents and giving them to a reporter. Paolo Gabrielle is charged with aggravated theft for leaking private Vatican papers including some from the desk of Pope Benedict an Italian journalist. Vatican police who raided Gabrielle's apartment found confidential documents, copying equipment and gifts intended for the Pope including a check for $130,000. If found guilty by a three-judge panel he faces up to four years in jail a sentence that would be served out in an Italian prison since the Vatican has no jail of its own.
