Two Minnesota National Guard "Blackhawk" helicopters and 13 soldiers are on the way to Four Town, Minnesota today to help fight a fire burning out of control there. Governor Mark Dayton sent the order this morning...low precipitation levels are hindering fire suppression efforts According to the Minnesota Incident Command System, the fire has burned approximately 700 acres and due to changing wind conditions is now spreading south.
