The Mankato East and West girls high school tennis teams squared off this afternoon in the second round of the section 2AA tournament at the West courts.
The East Cougars beat Chaska 5–2 in the first round while the Scarlets shutout New Ulm 7–0.
West would go in as the favorites today.
