REDWOOD COUNTY, Minn. -

A Revere man is killed when a train hits his tractor.

The Redwood County Sheriff's Office responded to a crash yesterday west of Lamberton, on Harvest Avenue. Upon arrival, they found 43 year-old, Chad Nelson Anderson, lifeless...he was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials say it appears Anderson was taking a wagon load of corn to the ethanol plant when his rig was hit as it crossed the tracks.

The Canadian Pacific Engine was based out of Waseca.  The train operators were not injured.
