The dates have been set for the attempted murder trial of Dustin Murilla.
Murilla is the Mankato man accused of kidnapping, severely beating, and robbing another man in July. Murilla faces ten felony charges, including; 2nd degree attempted murder False Imprisonment, First Degree Assault, and Theft.
Murilla's pre-trial hearing is set for January 8, 2013. The Jury Trial is slated for four days, starting February 5th.
