For the second time ever, a ski area in Minnesota is the first in the nation to open! Now just two weeks ago, the water slides were running at Wild Mountain ski area In Taylor Falls. So, the snow has made this the wackiest week for area enthusiasts who have enjoyed both summer activities and winter ones in the span of seven days. Wild Mountain owners and operators are grateful and plan on taking advantage of the extra revenue from the early ski season.
