On Monday at 2:30 P.M., the Nichols Building in Mankato will be transferred to VINE Faith in Action.

According to a press release, representatives from VINE will give one dollar to Blue Earth County to purchase the building. The structure is slated to be used as an adult community center.

The legal paperwork has now been completed, and the building's ownership will be formally transferred to fine.
