A man who says he was sexually abused by an Irish priest in Minnesota decades ago is suing the New Ulm Diocese. This morning Attorney Pat Noaker filed a lawsuit in Brown County on behalf of John Doe 103. His

Runners going through their regimen of last–minute preparations got some help at today's marathon expo. Scheel's representatives were on hand to provide advice, show various products and take questions from athletes. The sport specialists say they're excited to be part of the race preparations.
Scheels event coordinator Lori Benike says they are always busy with this event, but with this year's high attendance, she says many of the runners are prepping for the race by purchasing energy products for tomorrow. Benike says, "The nutritional are pretty popular today you know giving you your energy for your run, lots of other fun things going on our prize wheel our picture maker everybody's here to sign the wall so lots of fun things."
The expo started at noon today and goes until 8 tonight.
