MANKATO, MN -

A Waseca man pleads guilty to assaulting medical staff at Mayo Clinic Health System.

According to court documents;  Thirty-three year-old, Casey Sather, pleaded guilty to two counts of 5th degree assault in Blue Earth County Court today. The charges are a result of an incident in September where Sather became combative with emergency room staff at Mayo Clinic Health System Mankato. The judge sentenced Sather to 90 days in jail - but will stay 80 days if he complies with conditions. Sather must also pay $277.00 in court fees and  be on supervised probation for one year.
