The proposed water tower at Nehl's Park in New Ulm, may be 'shrinking' a bit. Original plans included a 500,000 gallon tank. New Ulm Public Utilities Engineer, Pat Wrasse, tells News 12 that after recent testing of the existing water piping system, a smaller tank would meet current needs. The commission will consider new design options at their November 27th meeting.
