The Martin County West Volleyball team is heading back to the class–A state tournament for the second time in the last three years.
The Mavericks wrapped up the section two title on Saturday when they took down BOLD in three straight games.
Some of this year's team was on the squad that took the runner–up in 2010, but not in very large roles.
Martin County West has overcome many obstacles this season as a team, and after a tough section, they feel they are ready for the state tournament.
