Gas prices rising again in the week following the election. Average retail gasoline prices in Minnesota rose more than two and half cents per gallon and now average $3.26. Locally, we found prices at $3.29. This compares with the national average of $3.46 according to gasoline price website MinnesotaGasPrices.com. We are now nearly 50 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.
