Another American general is in trouble. 4-Star General William "Kip" Ward, is being demoted and will now retire as a 3–star general. Ward is accused of spending thousands of dollars on lavish travel and unauthorized expenses. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta says Ward will have to repay the government $82,000.00.
