NEW ULM, Minn. -

A suspect who caused a scare at the Walmart in New Ulm is back in jail.

Elisheba Swett is back in jail on two probation violations.

Brown County authorities say she was released on October 16th. One of the probation violations involves failure to maintain contract with her probation agent. The other infraction involves failing to comply with the intrastate probation transfer process.

Back in October, Swett pleaded guilty to kidnapping and making terroristic threats.

Authorities say Swett forced an employee from the Walmart store on June 14th and said she had planted a bomb in the building.

Brown County authorities say Swett is currently being held on a $100,000 unconditional bail.

Officials say she will likely make a court appearance early next week.
