A former Nicollet public school employee accused of stealing money from the school appears in court today. Former Dean of Students and activities director Justin Berg is accused of taking nearly $1,500 from school concession stands and athletic events. During his first appearance the judge scheduled Berg's rule eight hearing and omnibus trial on January 8th at 10:15. Berg and his lawyer were not available for comment.
