Governor Mark Dayton is asking flags to fly at half -staff tomorrow in honor of a fallen Minnesota Marine. Dayton wants U-S and Minnesota flags flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset Wednesday in honor of Lance Corporal Dale Means. He died Sunday November 18... when the convoy he was riding in struck an I.E.D. (improvised explosive device) in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Means was a 2007 graduate of New Prague High School. He will be laid to rest tomorrow morning at the Church of St. Patrick of Cedar Lake, near Jordan.
