It was a sigh of relief for Todd Hoffner supporters after finding out the news his chargers have been dropped. Today I spoke to a neighbor and an MSU student who were both thrilled to hear the news.

All appeared quiet at Todd Hoffner's home in Eagle Lake, but a next-door neighbor had plenty to say. Nathan Gruenzer says this has been an up and down roller coaster with a happy ending.

Hoffner's Next Door Neighbor, Nathan Gruenzner say, "It has been very difficult we felt very bad for the family and what they have been through. Our kids play together all the time and just to see this and see it so close. I'm very glad to hear it has gone the way it has."

Over at MSU, where players and fans are gearing up for the division two-quarter final tomorrow freshman Craig Schumacher, who never misses a game, says he is excited.

MSU Student, Craig Schumacher says, "Now they are 12-0 and it's crazy to think that they did it without their head coach. I'm happy that the charges were dropped."

On social media much of the same. One commenter on the "Friends of Todd Hoffner Facebook Page" says she has 'tears of joy' and this is great news. While another message says "A sigh of relief" this just made my day."
