MSU Acting Head Coach Says Mavs Ready For Quarterfinal

Posted: Updated:

On the eve of their biggest game of the season, the MSU football squad held a closed practice this afternoon, followed by their normal team meetings.
Before today's session, it was revealed MSU head coach Todd Hoffner had been cleared of child pornography charges.
Whether the team was aware of Hoffner's fate when they took the field is unclear, but there would be no comments to come on this day from the Mavericks.
Their focus remains on tomorrow's showdown with Missouri Western State in the super region 3 final.
The Mavericks will take a 12-0 record into the battle.
Acting head coach Aaron Keen say he expects a stiff challenge from the Griffins tomorrow afternoon.
