MANKATO, MN -

Bail is set at $150,000.00, without conditions, $40,000 with conditions, for a Mankato man accused of assault. Ralph Griffin, 43,  appeared in Blue Earth County Court Monday morning. He faces one count of terroristic threats and two counts of felony assault related to a stabbing late Friday night.

Officials with the Department of Public Safety say officers were dispatched to the 200–block of East Thompson Street around 11:30 p.m. and found a 26–year–old man with two knife wounds, and an 18–year–old woman. While the man was taken to the hospital, the woman was treated on the scene for minor injuries. Officers say when they located Griffin, he was combative, resisted arrest and had to be tasered. He is due back in court December 13.
